Yes. You will only be matched with clinicians who are licensed to treat patients in your state. This ensures your care is safe, legal, and aligned with local regulations.
How do clinicians receive my case?
After you complete your intake form and submit payment:
Your case is added to our secure Text Visit system
Licensed clinicians can review cases and pick the ones that match their expertise
Once a clinician accepts your case, they’ll message you directly inside the portal
