You’ll always be treated by a qualified professional who is experienced in providing fast, safe, and helpful care.

Do clinicians need to be licensed in my state?

Yes. You will only be matched with clinicians who are licensed to treat patients in your state. This ensures your care is safe, legal, and aligned with local regulations.

How do clinicians receive my case?

After you complete your intake form and submit payment:
  • Your case is added to our secure Text Visit system

  • Licensed clinicians can review cases and pick the ones that match their expertise

  • Once a clinician accepts your case, they’ll message you directly inside the portal


Are clinicians trained in how to provide Text Visits?

Yes!
 All clinicians receive training on:
  • Text Visit workflows

  • Safe prescribing

  • Communication best practices

  • When to recommend a video or in-person visit instead
