What new privacy and security measures are being implemented?
We’ve strengthened our identity and residency verification process to enhance privacy and security. Patients may be asked to provide additional verification before appointments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Should I expect my appointment to take longer?
Possibly. We encourage you to allow an additional 15–20 minutes beyond your scheduled time. This ensures providers have enough time for additional examination, discussion, and to answer any questions about your diagnosis or treatment plan if needed.
What happens if my provider cancels my appointment?
If your provider cancels, we will reschedule your appointment for the next available time and notify you via email with your updated options.
Is the $10 booking fee refundable?
No, the $10 booking fee is non-refundable, so please keep this in mind if you need to cancel your appointment.
What if I don’t complete my intake forms before my appointment?
If you fail to complete your required intake forms before your appointment, additional time may be needed during your session, and you may be billed for the extra time required to complete them.
What is the Zero Tolerance policy?
We have implemented a Zero Tolerance Policy for abusive, hateful, or inappropriate language or behavior of any kind. Any violations may result in immediate termination of services.
How does assistive scheduling work, and can I opt out?
Your provider may use assistive scheduling technology to automatically schedule follow-ups, reschedules, and certain appointment types. If you wish to opt out, please contact [email protected].
What are the expectations for telemedicine visits?
Telemedicine visits should be treated just like an in-person doctor’s visit. Please be on time, in a private and quiet setting, and prepared with any necessary information. For more details on telemedicine etiquette and best practices.
