You can discontinue care with your provider at any time. Klarity is not a subscription service, so there are no memberships to cancel. However, cancellation policies and fees may vary depending on whether you're a self-pay or insured patient:
Self-Pay Patients
- You may cancel any upcoming appointments via the patient portal or by contacting Klarity support.
For appointments made via IntakeQ EHR, here's how.
For appointments made via Kiwi EHR, here's how.
- For standard appointments, cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund of the appointment fee, minus the non-refundable $10 booking fee.
- Same-day cancellations or those made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur the full appointment service charge.
- For package purchases, a 50% cancellation fee of the total package price will apply if canceled.
- You can reschedule your appointment with 24 hours+ notice at no additional charge.
- If canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the entire fee still applies, even for same-day bookings.
Insured Patients
- Patients using insurance will not be charged directly through Klarity. Instead, the provider will bill your insurance carrier for services rendered.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, we still recommend doing so with advance notice to avoid any provider-imposed fees that may not be covered by insurance.
- Please contact your provider directly if you have questions about copays, billing, or insurance reimbursement.
All professional services are provided by independent private practices via the Klarity technology platform. Klarity does not provide any medical services.
