You have the option to cancel or discontinue your care with your provider at any time. As fees are charged per service, there are no memberships or subscriptions to cancel. You can cancel any upcoming appointments using the patient portal, and if needed, you may contact the customer support team to obtain to copy of your medical records.

In addition, any appointment can be canceled and refunded in full as long as it is done 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. Need to make an adjustment to your next appointment? You can do it in the portal or let the customer support team know with 24 hours+ notice and we'll be happy to reschedule you at no additional charge. 

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more in advance. You will be responsible for the entire appointment fee if cancellation or rescheduling happens less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment, even if you book an appointment the same day.
