Your healthcare provider will be able to work with you to find the most suitable treatment plan for your individual needs.


Please note that completed services, pharmacy/prescription issues, or dissatisfaction with medication treatment plan do not qualify as eligible reasons for a refund.

If you would like a second opinion, the Hello Klarity customer support admin team can help transfer you to a new provider and get an appointment scheduled at a discounted fee.
