Providers are expected to log into the virtual visit at the scheduled time and typically wait 5–10 minutes for the patient to arrive.


If the patient does not attend the session within that window and there was no prior cancellation, it is marked as a no-show or late cancellation, and the full service fee applies in accordance with Klarity’s cancellation policy.
