Each provider sets their own payment and insurance policies. If you were charged and have questions about the billing, we recommend reaching out to the provider’s office directly to clarify the charge and discuss your concerns.

You can contact your provider by:

  • Sending a direct message through your Klarity patient portal (if registered), or

  • Emailing them using the contact information provided in your appointment confirmation email.
