When you call, you’ll be connected to a kind and professional receptionist who can answer basic questions and collect your contact information.


If your request requires further assistance, the receptionist will create a patient support ticket with your correct information and question or concern.


Klarity Customer Support agent will then follow up with you by email to provide additional help — including contacting your provider for follow up concerns.

Please communicate with your provider via messages in the portal. If you have not completed the portal registration you will not be able to message your provider, access your appointments or forms at your convenience.
