All appointments booked must be paid for online. You can pay via credit/debit card using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. This may include health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) cards as well. If your card is denied for insufficient funds or incorrect information, your appointment may be canceled. Please make sure your card information is correct and that you have sufficient funds on your account to ensure you have a smooth experience.
At this time, providers do not accept any of the following as a form of payment:
- Bank routing and account numbers
- Check
- Cash
- Money Orders
- Digital payments such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo
- Insurance
