- Select a provider whose specialties and conditions treated, price and availability work for you.
- Pay the $10 deposit for your visit.
- Make sure you accept the email portal invite.
- Before your appointment please complete all medical and consent forms. Ensure you have uploaded a valid U.S. ID (passport, driver's license, or identification card). Be prepared to offer proof of residency, such as a utility bill or rental agreement.
- Be sure your payment has enough funds to cover the remaining balance for your appointment.
- If your appointment is telehealth, join the secure video visit by clicking on the link sent to you via email. If you selected an in-person visit, you will need to find transportation to their office at the scheduled time.
- If you're prescribed medication, you can select your preferred and trusted local pharmacy for pick up.
