Absolutely! We do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for virtual or in-person appointments. You may cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before the appointment is due to take place. You may also reschedule appointments at no additional cost with 24 hours or more notice.
***Patients who fail to show for scheduled appointments, or did not notify the provider or customer support 24 hours or more before the scheduled time will be marked missed (this includes appointments booked same day). Please note we charge the entire service fee for all missed appointments. There are no refunds for missed visits.***
