1. Access the website via this link: https://www.helloklarity.com
2. In the portal dashboard, click on My visits.
3. In the My visit section, select the appointment that you want to reschedule. Click on the 3 dots to access the cancel option.
4. After clicking Cancel appointment, you can either proceed with cancelling the appointment or to reschedule it to another schedule.
