  1. Enter the email address and password you used when you registered your account in https://klarity.intakeq.com/portal 



  1. Once logged in, go to the Messages tab.



  1. Type your message in the blank box below the page and click on the Send Message button.





Via the Kiwi Health Portal


  1. Enter the email address and password you used when you registered your account in https://ehr.kiwihealth.com



  1. Click the "Chat" icon on the left hand side menu.



  1. Click through to view your conversation with your provider to send your message.





  • Please be advised to allow 72 hours for your provider to check the patient's messages and reply to them. If you do not hear from them within 72 hours, please reach out to our customer support team patientsupport@helloklarity.com for further assistance.
