Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in. If you arrive late, your provider may wait a few minutes if their schedule allows, but your appointment may be marked as missed. If they can extend the time, additional fees may apply.


Missed appointments are non-refundable, as multiple reminders are sent via email. If this happens, message your provider first via the portal, and contact patientsupport@helloklarity.com if you need further assistance.


To avoid delays, complete your intake forms before your appointment. If they are incomplete, your provider may reschedule or extend your appointment if possible, with potential additional fees at the providers discretion.
