You can access your visit using the "Click to Join the Video Call" link that's included in your appointment confirmation email and in the appointment reminder email.
You can also access the visit by following the steps below:
To begin your online telehealth visit, begin by logging into your client portal, and selecting from the "appointments" menu on the left hand navigation.
With your appointment list shown, locate the appointment you have which is ready for its teleconference.
Choose Join Video Call.
This will open a window where you can test your speakers, set your audio, video input sources, and join the video call.
