If you encounter any issues getting your prescription filled, reach out to your provider in the patient portal. Only providers have the authorization to assist with medication. Customer support cannot handle any medication or prescription-related issues but we can facilitate coordination with your provider. Klarity does understand the urgency of prescription issues, however, please allow 72 hours for the provider to respond to requests in the patient portal.
