You can communicate with your provider directly by messaging them in the portal. They can answer any medical or prescription-related questions you may have. They can also assist if you have a pharmacy change request or need prior authorization for your medication. Please note: You will need to have completed registration for the client portal. 


Please allow providers up to 72 hours to respond to portal messages. If you have not received a response from your provider after 4 business days, you're encouraged to send your message to patientsupport@helloklarity.com and the support team can help. They will respond Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.
