Prior to your visit, you must show proper identification. Providers only accept a valid photo ID that is not expired. You will not receive a prescription without proper identification. Some providers may accept a current lease or other proof of residency. Should you have any concerns about your photo ID or proof of residency for your state please message directly with the provider prior to your visit. This can be done in the client portal.
