After booking an appointment, you will receive an email to set up your account:
After clicking on the Set Up Account button, you will be asked to create your password and activate your account:
Next, you will be asked to fill out the required forms:
After filling out the forms, you have successfully registered and logged into your Klarity account.
For IntakeQ EHR:
